Assistant Manager – 3840 Pacific Avenue East, Suite C 101

This position pays $17–$26 per hour with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. Qualified full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits, paid sick leave (per WA State law), paid vacation and employee discounts.

The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and accurate money handling.
• Written and verbal communication, including giving written instructions and processing orders over the phone and in person.
• Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination for precise movements.
• Computer or touchscreen order entry.

Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes in work areas, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Requires use of hearing, vision, and partial sight.

Standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting 50 lb cases, carrying up to 30 lb of pizza sauce, pushing trays on dollies, occasional climbing, stooping, bending and reaching. Requires manual dexterity and eye‑hand coordination.

• Deliver products by car to customer door and distribute flyers.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Access to insured vehicle.
• Navigation of adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.
