. In this position, you’ll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners.

• Manage multiple job sites and crews.
• Recruit and manage crews.
• Serve as the main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
• Focus on customer service and keep the customer satisfied.
• Provide daily updates upon job site inspections.
• Handle change orders and upselling.

• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
• Experience with residential construction projects.
• Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
• Knowledge of grading and drainage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive "can do" attitude.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

This position is a full‑time role that offers a salary of $80,168.40 plus bonus and commissions, company truck, and gas card.
