Millwright​/Maintenance Mechanic

Starting in our Maintenance department means you're ready to be there for your team, through regular attendance and a steadfast commitment to safe work practices. This position serves our Production team through emergent fixes on the production line, assistance with equipment installation and regular preventative maintenance of all areas in the plant. A bonus to your skillset would be strong fabrication skills.

• Identifying and repairing electrical and mechanical problems.
• Maintaining production line equipment.
• Maintains crusher equipment.
• Rebuilds, designs and fabricates parts as needed.
• Determines with maintenance leadership whether or not machinery can be repaired or must be replaced.
• Documents parts used, and restocks parts and supplies as needed.
• Able to perform general welding and cutting.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• All other special projects or tasks as assigned.

• A minimum of two years Industrial Maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Millwright experience preferred and considered in compensation.
• Ability to maintain a forklift license.
• Proven welding proficiency, either through a certificate of education or through experience and an on-site test.
• Requires mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and troubleshooting experience to be able to perform duties.
• Flexibility to work all shifts in a 24 hour, 7 day a week manufacturing plant.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Local Wages: $28.64 - $43.03
