We’re seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer who can accurately interpret print drawings and confidently manage the entire machining process, from planning and programming to setup and finishing the part. If you have a strong grasp of Mastercam, G‑code, and machining fundamentals, and take pride in producing high‑quality parts, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:- Independently interpret print drawings and develop machining strategies
- Select tooling and work holding methods to optimize production
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam to ensure precision and efficiency
- Set work and tool offsets, run parts from raw material through completion
- Troubleshoot and adjust programs to improve accuracy and surface finish
- Deliver finished parts that meet all print and inspection standards
- Solid experience with Mastercam and G‑code programming
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proven track record of producing parts that consistently pass quality inspection
- Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills
Job Type: Full‑Time
As part of the interview process, you’ll complete a hands‑on skills test using Haas CNC, a printed drawing, and Mastercam to produce a finished part that passes inspection.
