We are a firm of 40+, that offers a wide range of opportunities for professional development. Our use of VR, 3D printing, and laser cutting influences our design process, allowing us to rapidly test ideas and create compelling presentations for our clients.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in an architectural office.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead and support competitive pursuit process (RFQ, RFP, Interview, Design Competition, etc.), ensuring quality strategy and response.
  • Develop written content for a range of marketing materials, crafting narratives tailored to unique audiences and ensuring clarity.
  • Coordinate development of award submissions, including gathering materials, managing deadlines, and ensuring submission requirements are met.
  • Help maintain project database across the firm.
  • Identify and track new business prospects, partnerships, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Understanding of tracking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong content strategy, storytelling, and persuasive writing, especially for technical or design-focused audiences is a plus.
  • Skilled at using layout tools (InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.) to create visually engaging proposals
  • Able to manage multiple pursuits, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prioritize competing deadlines efficiently and accurately.
  • Understanding of content creation, messaging strategy, and brand alignment.
  • Creative thinker & growth minded.
  • Hard-working, flexible, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management.
