What Youll Do

Create digital magicManage and schedule social media content that builds our brand, supports recruiting, and boosts community engagement.

Edit short-form videos that grab attentionwhether for internal updates or external campaigns.

Keep our website fresh, accurate, and on-brand through Word Press updates and SEO-friendly content.Bring visuals to lifeDesign graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.

Ensure everything we publish looks polished, cohesive, and unmistakably Sprague.Keep our brand wearableOwn uniform and merch ordering from end to endtracking inventory, coordinating vendors, and making sure every new hire has what they need to rep the brand.

Forecast needs so were always stocked and ready for growth.Turn data into directionMonitor social, website, and campaign performance and turn metrics into insights.

Build dashboards and reports that help marketing and leadership make smarter decisions.Communicate like a proDraft clear, concise, polished messaging for announcements, campaigns, and internal updates.

Partner closely with operations, HR, leadership, and vendors to keep projects moving and timelines tight.

What youll get working here:

Salary: $26-32 per hour to start (depending on experience & credentials) plus annual bonus program
