Director of Major Gifts & Donor Relations

A nonprofit media organization in Tacoma is seeking a Director of Donor Relations to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts. The role requires strong leadership and fundraising skills, managing donor relations and events for contributions over $1,500. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to secure support for organizational initiatives.

This position includes a hybrid work model with office presence required three days a week.
