LPN Clinic - Orthopedics/Sports Medicine

Multi Care Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Orthopedics/Sports Medicine clinic. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care in an ambulatory setting as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Utilize the nursing process as a systematic problem‑solving approach to nursing care, facilitating an optimal level of functioning and health for each patient.
• Perform patient triage in person, via telephone and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
• Utilize assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed by physicians, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses.
• Delegate selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and stewardship.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
• Current basic life support certification (BLS).
• Two years of experience as an LPN – clinic setting preferred.

Competitive salary range: $30.10 – $43.32 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and additional compensation such as a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for a 24‑month commitment.
