Our surgical services nurses provide intra‑operative nursing care to all patient populations undergoing surgical procedures. This work includes developing, implementing, and assessing the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, the patient, and the family.

• Assist the surgeon and surgical team in the OR.
• Care for patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for surgical patients.
• Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• One year of OR experience.
• Current State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
