  Operating Room (OR) with 20 OR suites, including CVOR, General, Neuro, Ortho, Pediatrics, ENT, Trauma, Urology, and Outpatient Surgery

  January 31, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

  40 hours per week
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100 – $2250 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Washington State preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (CVOR experience required)
• Proficiency with DaVinci robotic surgical systems (robotic OR experience required)
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate in the OR
• Experience with blood administration, arterial line assistance, and wound vacs
• Traveler Telemetry Competency (must be completed and passed prior to start)
• First-time travel nurses with strong OR experience are encouraged to apply

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled perioperative nursing care in a high-volume OR environment
• Float between CVOR and General Surgery as needed
• Participate in trauma call team assignments
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures: CABG, TAVR, valve repairs, vascular, neuro, orthopedic, trauma, emergency general, GYN, GI, and GU surgeries
• Utilize EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and intensivists (24/7 support)
• Promote a unit culture focused on kindness, collaboration, patient safety, education, and work-life balance
• Attend orientation and complete all required competency assessments
