Position: Travel Registered Nurse
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Schedule: Day (4x12 hours) 7:00‑19:00 / Night (4x12) 19:00‑7:00
Duration: 13‑Week Contract
Unit: Medical Surgical
What You’ll DoAs a Travel Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and adaptability will be key to providing excellent care in different healthcare environments.
Requirements- RN license in the State of Assignment or compact license
- 2 years of experience as a traveler or 3 years with no travel

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Provide wound care, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post‑discharge care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Do you have your RN License in the State of Assignment or a Compact License?
Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience as a travel nurse or a minimum of 3 years experience in nursing?
This is a travel RN contract. Confirm you live at least 100 miles from the facility located in 38104.
