Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Angeles, Washington seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. This position is perfect for an RN who enjoys building relationships with residents in a supportive, team-based care environment with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident-centered care within an LTC / SNF setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and resident progress
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate clearly with residents and families regarding care plans
• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - WA State or compact-eligible
• Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Geriatric Care strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and resident advocacy skills
• Team-oriented mindset with compassion for aging populations
