• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring safe and effective sedation.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient health status and anesthesia risks.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure seamless care.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring, ensuring a smooth recovery.
• Document anesthesia-related procedures and patient responses in accordance with hospital standards and regulations.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines to minimize risks and complications.

Candidate requirements

• Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted CRNA certification.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a clinical or surgical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in administering anesthesia.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
