The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and have graduated from an accredited registered nurse program; BSN preferred. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required;
  Child and Adult Abuse Certification required; CRRN preferred.
