* Provide leadership and oversight for hospice clinical operations.
* Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop clinical managers and staff.
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention efforts.
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
* Partner with agency leadership on budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth.
* Support exceptional patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.## Qualifications### Required
* Active Washington RN license (or ability to obtain).
* BSN required.
* Current BLS certification.
* 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
* 1+ years of hospice leadership or management experience.
* Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.### Preferred
* MSN.
* Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
