Thursday, Friday, Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sawyer Trail Apartments

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired
• Yieldstar
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

• Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments
• Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents
• Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied
• Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience
• Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction

In addition to a variety of excellent benefits, the hourly range for this role is $22‑$24/hr actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
