$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team at our Service Shop and grow with our company. This dynamic role requires experience with various office duties, the ability to multi‑task, follow directions, and drive to pick up parts  ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a strong work ethic.

• Write up customers’ vehicles for service repair/completion, create invoices, and collect balances due.
• Order necessary parts for vehicles and verify parts purchases, including correct invoice accounting.
• Obtain parts and vehicles from various vendors.
• Must be able to drive any vehicle, including those with a manual transmission.

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior service adviser and/or office experience required.
• Multi‑tasking.
• Service shop experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

• After 60 days, Kaiser health insurance (employer partially paid) with two plans to choose from.

• Review after 60 days with an opportunity for a bonus plan.
