Responsibilities

• Process and manage client service requests – prepare high‑quality carrier submissions, review and analyze quotes, create professional proposals and summaries, review endorsements and policies for accuracy, process premium audits, and issue certificates, binders, and invoices as needed.
• Ensure effective communication and follow‑up – maintain timely, professional interactions with clients, carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
• Organize and prioritize workload – manage personal and delegated tasks efficiently, conduct monthly renewal meetings with producers and account managers, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain professional expertise – stay current with carrier underwriting requirements, complete training and certification goals, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Manager.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent’s license required.
• Industry-related certifications preferred or expected.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
