• Competitive Pay: $20.00/hr base rate plus uncapped 2% commission on all jobs sold

• Drive Sales Through Solutions:
  Follow up with customers who have received quotes, address their questions, and confidently guide them toward selecting the right home service solutions—placing customer value over high-pressure tactics.
• Maintain High-Touch Outreach:
  Execute 80–100 daily touchpoints (calls, texts, and emails) to keep homeowners engaged, manage open quotes, and maximize conversion rates.
• Bridge Sales & Operations:
  Work directly with field technicians and installation crews to ensure seamless project handoffs, realistic customer expectations, and an exceptional end-to-end experience.
• Pipeline Ownership:
  Take full ownership of your daily tasks, follow-up cadence, and revenue targets while actively participating in team goals and ongoing training.
• Customer Retention:
  Maintain open communication to ensure complete customer satisfaction and build long-term brand loyalty.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of phone-based sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service experience.
• Customer-Centric Mindset:
  Motivated by earnings and targets, but always committed to recommending what is genuinely best for the homeowner.
• Autonomous Work Ethic:
  Self-driven, highly organized, and efficient working independently while remaining receptive to feedback and coaching.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent active listening, clear verbal/written communication, and persistent follow-through skills.

• Environment:
  On-site office setting in Tacoma, WA with regular desk/computer work and continuous phone interaction.
