Nightwing is seeking an experienced Sig Reduction Specialist/Instructor.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver specialized training programs on signature reduction techniques.
- Facilitate real‑world scenarios to provide practical application of signature reduction principles.
- Assess student performance ensuring comprehension and readiness for operational deployment.
- Provide individualized support to students related to signature reduction concepts and techniques.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, and methodologies related to signature reduction.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- L3 and SFQC, SEAL or MARSOC, qualification graduate. Female instructors should be a graduate of a Military Source Operations (MSO) Cat 1, Field Tradecraft Course (FTC) or Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC).
- 4 years operational or 8 years interagency experience.
- DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC) Certified.
- Have conducted L2 training within 12 months.
- Possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI indoctrination.
- Possess driver's license, credit card and insurance.
- Ability to walk 6 consecutive miles, skilled in map reading, land navigation, air and land infiltration, communications, planning and report writing.
- Ability to use MS Office.
- ATC or APC Graduate.
- Former L3 instructor.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual platforms, and multimedia aids.
