$35.00 - $40.00 / Hourly + Uncapped 2% Commission on all sales / service work. Full-time steady hours.
What Youll Do :Master complex residential HVAC diagnostics and repairs. Conduct whole-home inspections and present clear multi-option service / sales proposals. Collaborate with our elite team and drive revenue KPIs.

What Youll Bring :- 2 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required; NATE preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong sales and communication skills
