Sir Grout South Sound is a veteran‑owned hard‑surface restoration company. We’re adding an experienced Tile & Stone Technician II who can make tired floors, showers, and counters look brand‑new. If you know your way around grout lines, natural stone, and power tools—and you like seeing instant results from your work—this could be a perfect fit.

• Restore and seal ceramic, porcelain, and natural‑stone surfaces (marble, granite, travertine, etc.)
• Remove and replace failing grout or caulk; repair minor tile damage
• Operate steam cleaners, rotary buffers, and other specialty equipment
• Mix and apply sealants, colorants, and epoxy products to exact specs
• Explain the process to homeowners, answer questions, and leave every job cleaner than you found it
• Complete digital job reports and photos; maintain a neat, stocked work van
• Work solo on small projects and team up on larger installs

• 2 + years paid experience in tile, stone, flooring, or bathroom remodel work
• Hands‑on skills with grinders, buffers, and hand tools
• Strong eye for detail—you notice a pin‑hole in grout from six feet away
• Good people skills; you’re on time, polite, and keep customers informed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet most of the day
• Bonus points for caulking mastery, epoxy grout work, or prior leadership

• $30 – $36/hour after training, plus generous tips
• $28/hour during hands‑on training
• $250 cash bonus when training is complete
