• Lead complex dryer vent cleaning, reroutes, installations, and repairs
• Troubleshoot problems and offer expert, field-based solutions
• Work independently or in teams on residential and large multifamily sites
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Serve as a mentor to junior techs and help uphold Vent Masters standards
• Represent our brand with excellence, professionalism, and pride

We’re seeking a seasoned technician who is:

• Skilled in using tools and reading vent layouts or blueprints
• A natural leader — dependable, positive, coachable, and communicative
• Professional in front of customers — clear, courteous, and solution-focused
• Licensed to drive with a clean record
• Able to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays required)
