- Career counseling and guidance.
- Identifying education and/or training opportunities to update job skills.
- Coordinating with Work Source partners and community resources.
- Education and assisting with Option 2 and Preferred Worker benefits.

Pierce County residents who were injured on the job in the State of Washington, and that have an L&I claim number.

Provides disability awards and pensions for workers injured on the job when the job injury results in a permanent inability to work. Works to resolve complaints regarding mobile housing, factory-built housing and recreational vehicles.
