Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $31.80.
The current full hourly range for this position is $31.80 - $33.50.

Site Leads serve as on-site program leads, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for all participants. In this role, you’ll help direct and support the entire site team, including Instructors and Interns, and act as the primary point of contact for your site's program coordination and site management.
As a Site Lead, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and, ensure high-quality implementation of curriculum, and support strong student engagement. You’ll help foster a positive site culture rooted in fun, safety, and inclusion, while also communicating regularly with families, BTB (Beyond the Bell) leadership, and school partners. You will also play a key role in supporting staff with behavior management, logistics, and problem-solving, helping the entire team work together smoothly and effectively.
This role is perfect for individuals with experience in youth programs, education, or recreation who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
