The Driver Helper rides with a CDL driver and assists with providing prompt, courteous, complete tire removal services at customer locations. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength, good balance, and dexterity. Our key requirements include a “Safety First” attitude, professional & courteous demeanor, solid work ethic & strong customer service skills.

• Ride in Class-A Truck with a Professional Driver and provide service to multiple customers on a designated route.
• Hand-loading tire waste into trailers. (Up to 100 lbs.)
• Lifting and moving tires of all sizes.
• Complete pre-and post-operation vehicle inspection in accordance with Company policy; report any safety issues on standard reports.
• Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers, and others daily to ensure all customer routes are serviced promptly and professionally.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a similar work environment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
