We Welcome Recent CDL A Graduates to Apply!

• Freight Type:
  Reefer
• Touch Freight: 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
• Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
• Mileage:
  Average 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
• Home Time:
  Every other week for 34-48 hours
• Pet / Rider Policy:
  Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
• Orientation:
  Paid
• Bonus Potential:
  Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

• Detention, Layover, and Extra Stop Pay

• No slip seating
• Drivers can take trucks home
• Freightliner KW T680, International, automatic (2020 and up)
• All trucks equipped with APU’s

• Must have a Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school

• Training type:
  Regional & OTR
• Duration: 4-6 weeks
• Training pay: $650 / week
• Home every other week for 34-48 hours
• Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
• Paid orientation: $300

• Age:
  Must be 21 or older
• Driving Record:
  Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
• Employment History:
  Solid 10‑year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
• Safety Record:
  No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns
• Background Check:
  No DUI / DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Drug Screen:
  Must pass urine and hair follicle pre‑employment drug screen
