This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager, located in Tadcaster. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, assisting customers with product inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment in the showroom. The Manager will also contribute to the overall customer experience through expert guidance and by ensuring the showroom is optimally presented.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
• Strong Sales skills and experience in a showroom or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and ensure the efficient operation of the showroom
• Knowledge of wood-burning or multi-fuel stoves and related accessories is a plus
