Teaching and Learning Support Leads (Primary) – Tadley Court School seeks versatile, resilient and committed professionals to support teaching, learning and behaviour across a designated key stage. The role involves collaborating with the relevant Phase Lead, mentoring teaching assistants, and acting as a positive role model for pupils, staff and parents.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of teaching assistants, providing guidance, coaching, supervision and appraisal.
- Embed teaching and learning strategies within the assigned key stage.
- Support pupil behaviour management, establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Act as a role model and respond to individual needs of pupils.
- Previous experience working with autistic pupils is desirable, but not essential.
- Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
- Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, Disclosure & Barring Service checks and provide at least two references covering the last three years.
