Overview

Tadley Court School are seeking to appoint a Teacher to join our successful and forward‑thinking school. The role is suitable for a qualified teacher, experienced teacher, or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with experience of working in a SEND background. The position is for a September 2026 start. Tadley Court School is a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features.

Our day school specialises in the education and care of children and young people aged 4 to 19 who have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. All students have ASD and SLD and require patient staff willing to use an holistic and therapeutic approach. The school is set in a beautiful semi‑rural location with four acres of well‑maintained grounds and provides a values‑led education.

Students are challenged to be as independent as possible in their learning and communication.

Qualifications
  • Qualified teacher, experienced teacher, or ECT with experience of working in a SEND background.
  • Passion for teaching the most vulnerable students and a real will to make a difference to their lives and those of their families.
  • All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least two references covering the last three years.
