This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range up to £67,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client is a leading charity in the UK, specialising in supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities. They provide a range of services, including rehabilitation, medical care, and special education, working closely with the NHS and local authorities. Their focus is on creating a supportive environment for children and families, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home.
The Lead Nurse Patient Safety will:
Provide strategic leadership in quality, risk, patient experience, and safety initiatives
Develop and implement policies aligning with national standards
Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
Manage clinical and non-clinical risks, overseeing incidents and complaints
Champion patient safety initiatives and gather feedback for service improvement
Facilitate training programmes for staff on quality and risk management
Collaborate with external stakeholders to align with broader safety agendas

About You
The ideal Lead Nurse Patient Safety will have:
Current nursing registration with NMC and a relevant Master's qualification
Proven experience in healthcare quality assurance and risk management
Strong analytical skills and experience in leading quality improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex environments
Commitment to the vision and values of the organisation
