As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Support the House Manager in leading a team of nurses and care staff.
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery to children and young people.

  • Serve as a key contact for families and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in clinical assessments and care planning.
  • Manage staff performance and development.
  • Oversee medication administration and clinical governance.
