Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
Up to £25.59 per hour PAYE, or up to £31.82 per hour via umbrella company.

Customer Service Representative Role:

Provide high quality, accurate and timely medical information to Healthcare Professionals, patients and caregivers in Swedish and English.
Document enquiries and responses in line with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
Support second line medical information activities including escalation management and content support where required.
Act as a point of contact for country specific medical information updates and support internal stakeholders when required.

Your Background:

Degree in a Life Sciences or Healthcare related discipline.
Fluency in Swedish (C2/native level) and strong English language skills.

Experience with in Medical Information, Customer Service, or a healthcare related role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within a medical environment is desirable.
Pharmacy degree advantageous but not essential.
