Property Maintenance Apprentice

Introduction

As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll work alongside our maintenance team, learning practical skills in plumbing, decorating, repairs and maintenance. You'll help maintain our spa, hotel and grounds, carry out inspections, respond to maintenance requests and ensure our facilities remain safe, well-presented and operating to a high standard.

Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat is a luxury country retreat set within 72 acres of private Staffordshire countryside. • Assisting with basic plumbing, decorating and repair work.
• Supporting the upkeep of spa, hotel and facilities.
• Conducting regular safety and maintenance inspections.
• Maintaining tools, equipment and work areas.
• Responding to maintenance requests from different departments.
• Assisting with grounds maintenance and general site appearance.
