Children's Home Senior Registered Manager

We are looking for a person who knows how to turn a house into a home. As a Lead and Senior Manager, you will inspire your team, ensuring children in the home receive outstanding care, great role models, and a safe place to call home.
We offer a £5,000 relocation bonus and competitive base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses (paid quarterly) based on home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the residential care team, ensuring high standards of care and support for children. Maintain Ofsted standards and lead improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade in recent Ofsted inspections.
- A designated psychologist within each home and community.
- A dedicated education service.

- 224 hours holiday, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years.
