Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Julie Franks State Farm is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Taft, CA to join a supportive, professional office. We invest in our team through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around collaboration and growth.

• Conduct policy reviews, follow up on claims, and proactively reach out for renewals and service updates
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews

• No prior insurance experience required
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license

• Base salary plus performance-based commission

Pay range: $46,000-$62,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
