Central Valley Community Health Network offers state-of-the-art Health Centers in Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno Counties. Services include Medical, Women's Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Chiropractic, Optometry, and Specialty services. Patient-Centered Health Home operates Mon-Fri 9-5 with 4/10 opportunities, open to part-time. Call is one week per quarter (from home). We also offer a 1099 position - paid per encounter. Utilizes Next Gen EMR.

Accepts H1B and J1 Visas. Will consider a 2026 resident.

Taft is a significant petroleum and natural gas production region, home to the West Kern oil museum and the Midway-Sunset Oilfield, the largest oilfield in the lower forty-eight states. Taft has a variety of locally owned shops, restaurants, hair salons, antique stores, and more.
