We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Adjunct Faculty member to be included in our Adjunct Pool to teach Spanish at Taft College. The successful candidate will teach Spanish courses at local high schools for our growing Dual Enrollment program. Teaching assignment will be in‑person during the day.
Note:
Teaching assignment will be in‑person at Taft Union High School for Dual Enrollment program.
- Master’s in Spanish; OR
- Bachelor’s in Spanish AND Master’s in another language or linguistics; OR
- An Equivalency Determination may be submitted along with all application materials to be considered for this position if you do not meet the stated minimum qualifications. The Equivalency Determination document may be found here or on the Taft College Human Resources website.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
$77.02-$90.50 per hour.
