$77.00/hr - $91.00/hr

Taft College seeks qualified candidates to serve as adjunct lecturers in Computer Science, providing high‑quality instruction to community college students. Teaching assignments may be temporary, part‑time, on‑call, or full‑time as needed.

• Minimum qualifications can be met in one of five ways:
  • Master’s in computer science or computer engineering OR Bachelor’s in those fields plus a Master’s in mathematics, cybernetics, business administration, accounting or engineering; OR
  • Bachelor’s in engineering AND Master’s in cybernetics, engineering, mathematics, or business administration; OR
  • Bachelor’s in mathematics AND Master’s in cybernetics, engineering, mathematics, or business administration; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND a Master’s in information science, computer information systems, or information systems; OR
  • An equivalency determination may be submitted if the candidate does not meet the stated qualifications.
• Must demonstrate sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of community college students.

$77.02 - $90.50 per hour.

Foreign transcripts require a course‑by‑course analysis with an equivalency statement from a certified evaluation service.
