• $17.10 per hour to start, with increases in the first year.

This route serves retail locations at 1044 W KERN ST, TAFT, CA ; 220 S 10TH ST, TAFT, CA 93268; 419 HARRISON ST, TAFT, CA ; 450 GARDNER FIELD RD, TAFT, CA 93268. Average hours are 2 hours per week, may increase to 4 hours around holidays.

• Service stores on your assigned route: merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products in greeting card departments, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daily hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including fixture work, product assembly, or relocation.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

No experience necessary; we will train you.

• 18 years or older.
• English speaking, reading, writing, understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation (most routes have multiple locations).
• Reliable internet access.
• Technological competency – able to use company tablet.
• Scheduling flexibility – occasional weekends, pre/post major holidays (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s, etc.).

Work on sales floor and back stock room; ability to push/pull/lift/carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds; stand, walk, stoop, squat throughout the day; stepstool may be used.
