At CNHS, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our tribal community and are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team! Our dental team plays a critical role in ensuring children receive the preventive and restorative care they need for lifelong oral health.
Key Responsibilities- Examination and comprehensive dental care of infants and children
- Direct and indirect restorations of primary and permanent dentition
- Extractions of primary and permanent teeth
- Pulpal treatment of primary teeth
- Consultations regarding complex treatment of pediatric patients referred by general dentists and pediatricians
- Surgery cases in our outpatient surgery center as well as privileges at our hospital for medically complex patients with skilled anesthesia providers weekly
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completed a pediatric dentist program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accredit ion (CODA)
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Oklahoma.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a rural health setting.
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency in working with tribal communities
