Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Level 2 Radiology X-ray Technologist to join our dynamic team in Tahlequah, OK. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels. With your advanced training, you will also assist in the administration of radiation therapy treatments.

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with precision and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Utilize computer information systems for patient data management; familiarity with Cerner is preferred.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of radiation therapy treatments as necessary.
• Provide support and guidance to patients, ensuring their comfort throughout the imaging process.

• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent radiology experience is preferred.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in word processing.
