Director of Nursing

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent role

Schedule: Day shift | 40 hours weekly | Monday-Friday

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for all nursing services across the assigned facility
• Ensure high-quality patient care that aligns with the mission, values, and standards of the facility
• Maintain compliance with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing Practice Act and all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee nursing performance, staffing, scheduling, productivity, triage, and patient flow to achieve benchmark standards.
• Work with medical directors and interdisciplinary leaders to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Establish and uphold facility-wide nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage manpower and resource needs, making adjustments to meet patient care demands.
• Lead and support nursing leadership teams; supervise up to five supervisors and more than 100 employees.
• Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related nursing leadership or clinical management role
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license
• Active driver’s license (subject to motor vehicle record review).
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ACLS within 180 days of hire.
