Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team in Tahlequah, Oklahoma
. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia services in a close-knit community while working with a supportive and collaborative medical staff.
As a CRNA in our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. You will have the opportunity to practice autonomously while benefiting from a team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care.
Position:
- $280K-$340K Annually (No call or call options)
- 1099 or W2 package available
- Paid overtime
- 6-8 weeks of vacation
- Cases include GI, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, Urology, General, and OB/GYN
- This role is for the OR only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments to evaluate patients’ medical histories and determine the best anesthesia plan.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond appropriately during anesthesia administration.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid RN and APRN licenses in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
