DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. • No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.

• Current LPN‑LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire required.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• DaVita requires teammates to comply with federal and state vaccination requirements against COVID‑19.

Salary/Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
