Range: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour.

About Premium: Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory.
• Must be driven to learn and comfortable in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Ability to stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts and maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
