We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Taif, Saudi Arabia. As a key player in our retail and wholesale operations, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and relationship building.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure the sales area is well-organized and visually appealing to attract customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
