What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
  • Assisting with medication and dietary requirements while promoting dignity, choice and independence
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting people to remain independent in their own homes and communities
  • Following support plans and contributing to positive physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Building positive relationships with the people you support and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures
  • Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care

Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work weekend shift patterns
  • Ability to work in and travel throughout the Tain area
  • Willingness to register with the SSSC and maintain registration
  • Commitment to attending training and review meetings as required
