Location:
Talladega, Alabama
You will focus on insurance premium collection for at least one assigned agency within the district, keep collections current, deliver exceptional door‑to‑door customer service, and generate new sales referrals for follow‑up.
Responsibilities- Collect monthly premiums from policyholders in one or more assigned agencies
- Address customer questions or refer them to the appropriate department to resolve any issues
- Follow up on customer inquiries or concerns to ensure completion
- Follow up on outstanding balances to prevent policy lapses
- Use technology to process premium payments
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records
- Customer service experience
- Ability to visit customers in‑person at their homes
- Age 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license with required 100/300 auto insurance
- Dependable vehicle required for daily travel
- Background check, motor vehicle report and drug test clearance
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, telephone, written
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Resourcefulness in answering questions or solving issues
- Consistent follow‑up on open customer issues
- Takes initiative and is self‑driven to succeed
