Our Administrator in Training Program is a paid position designed for graduates or entry-level candidates to gain comprehensive experience across all departments in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, including Nursing, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Central Supply, Medical Records, and Rehab. The AIT will assume responsibilities as they learn to manage people, budgets, and resources. This hands-on training can last from 2 to 4 years, depending on factors such as experience, learning pace, maturity, and responsibility levels.
This program aims to equip you with the skills necessary for advancement in healthcare administration.
